In celebration of Women’s History Month, I spoke to a few of the many women attorneys and activists leading the fight for voting rights. Here is what I learned from Leah Aden of Legal Defense Fund, LaTosha Brown, Abha Khanna ,Mary-Pat and Aria Branch.

I pay for Netflix premium, which means that my family can watch Netflix at home and I can watch Netflix away from home (two households) but the app continues to say that we need to upgrade our household or something weird. Like what’s the point of premium if it’s not gonna work!

Did you know more than 40+ M Americans between the ages of 18- 27 will have election power in 2024? This year almost 49% of the voting population will be 18-43 years old. I’m hearing a lot about IDWT vote for this, and IDWT vote for that when we can really SHAKE THE TABLE 🤷🏽‍♀️!

Today we had a Rise University at ththe UNLV campus and were informed that an active shooter was outside. All of the attendees and Rise are safe. I have never experienced something like today and hope that no other student will ever have too!

They won’t acknowledge their wrong doing or actions - only your response after the circumstance. TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY!

National data now put food insecurity in college at 22% and that means just under 4 million people are affected.
