Today Simon Curry & I have written to the Minister for Road on the issue of Medway road conditions.

The bill to bring the roads up to a reasonable standard would be around £50 Million.

The 91% reduction in revenue support grant since 2010 means Medway needs the right resources.

Since the launch of the PSPO last weekend there is a commitment from Medway Council and Kent Police Medway to challenge nuisance bikes.

Signs are being erected; but in hotspot locations moving forward immediately to challenge with rapid deployment cameras (RDCs)

NEWS: Medway bans nuisance vehicles.

Any motorist found causing a nuisance in Medway now faces being fined £100 & taken to court.

This follows the implementation of a Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) in all Medway areas & 24/7.
