You know how we have “mandatory reporting” for parents with substance use? Shouldn’t we have “mandatory supporting?”… phrase by Davida Schiff, MD at her awesome talk..

Am I the only one that finds it nuts we pay for donor milk to be delivered but don’t offer this for mother’s own milk? (Make them bring it in and often don’t even offer a ride..)🙄

Really important result! Especially since routine tracking of even 1 hour of STS is totally lacking in most hospitals.. many track any STS, but do we really think it happens even an hour?
