#ThrowbackThursday Karen Tiedgen and her mother Mary Tiedgen visited the District’s 88 year old Dry Dock Rouse on April 4, 2017, which is named after their descendant Capt. J.W. Rouse. Karen’s great grandfather who died in 1931 was in federal service for 57 years.
