Today, we remember and honor fallen MBPD Officer Robert E. Fitzpatrick. Officer Fitzpatrick served with the Miami Beach Police Department for 14 years before he passed due to a blood clot as a result of a SWAT training accident.

Today, we remember and honor fallen MBPD Officer David C. Bearden. Officer Bearden served with the Miami Beach Police Department for 4 years before he was caught in a shootout with two auto theft suspects and later passed from injuries sustained.
