Individuals convicted of serious violent crimes should not be accessing the NDIS for psychosocial conditions as part of their transition back into the community following incarceration. That is not what the scheme was set up for.

Labor has been in Government for nearly two years and the mismanagement of the NDIS is just getting worse. Bill Shorten promised the world before the election and is obviously failing to make ensure every taxpayer dollar goes to a deserving Australian.

Despite high demand for more housing, there is a mismatch with the number of homes coming through the pipeline.

Fixing supply issues should be the focus of all political parties. Until they are addressed, we will continue to struggle with housing affordability.

Further weakness in housing approvals just means Labor’s housing crisis is set to get even worse. Coupled with Anthony Albanese’s record high migration, things are just getting harder for first home buyers and renters.

Anthony Albanese has dialled up migration and international students to record levels, yet Australia is at a decade low for new home builds. This is a scandal.
