As part of #menshealthweek , we ventured down to Derry's Gym with our partners New Beginnings Improving Lives C.I.C for an insight into one of their Men's Box Well sessions. These sessions are vital for supporting mental health and building confidence 🥊

Gorgeous sausage casserole made by Tracy and the ingredients kindly from.PLS Food Foundation cheesecakes made by a staff member using surplus ingredients ✌❤💚
