The game I watched wasn’t one where #ncfc lacked attacking intent. But they did lack the ability to cope with Leicester’s 5-man press. Couldn’t pass out, hacked clear to nobody. Really disappointing trip. But not huge surprise.

Whatever happens in the next few days & weeks, huge credit to #ncfc & David Wagner for the improvement of the past three months.
Back in Nov-Dec I didn’t believe he & his staff knew how to turn things round. I was wrong.

The #ncfc app asked for my POTM vote. Angus not in the options. All those included did well (especially Kenny) but several times I thought ‘that’s going to be goal’ (for them) till Angus decided “Nope”. Are we taking his brilliance for granted now?

Absolutely disgraceful that this England team shirt has no cross of St George on it! How do they expect our boys to win anything if they don’t display what MillwallDave describes as ‘The sacred icon of the English nation and people.’

My main take from todays game (and the last couple of months to be fair) is that Kenny McLean has been sensational for #ncfc . Energy, composure on the ball, eye for a killer pass, leadership. Proper player.

A big plus for #ncfc today was Sorensen’s confidence to pass forward from CB. But, again, Kenny was MOM for me. QB passes, surging carries
from deep, leadership.

Remember when *some* #NCFC fans were absolutely furious with Delia when she revealed she had rung Wagner & given him her support during a sticky period this season.
Probably the only owner in the league with the empathy & understanding to have done so in a similar situation.
