Even if your phone is in a cradle, if using it distracts you whilst driving, you commit offences. Driver of this HGV was so distracted by using his phone, #VanguardRST saw him drift twice onto the hard shoulder. Stopped on M3, Shepperton & issued a TOR for not in proper control.

Found out today that the driver was awarded 5 points and £800 fine. At least this was taken fairly seriously.

More social justice as SEJ director Ediz is totally fine with discriminatory barriers that actively bar wheelchair users and disabled people from public space (but not with bus bypasses). The common factor...both are anti-cycling. What a surprise: Bad faith couldn't be clearer
