It is imperative the UK immediately initiates a fully independent inquiry into how how Israel has managed to so deeply permeate and corrupt British politics and high profile politicians, including Sunak and Starmer. This clear collusion has serious ethical and legal implications.

Defunding UNRWA – the primary aid agency in Gaza, upon whom the lives of millions depend – is an act of collective punishment, which will lead to even more starvation.

The UK government should follow the Scottish, Irish and Norwegian governments in continuing to fund UNRWA.
