Bad start for Malawi as swimmers did not qualify to next levals. Tayamika competed in the Women's 50m freestyle with 29.22s and Luka at 25.14s in Men's freestyle. They booth could not qualify to the next rounds. We are yet to compete in Boxing, Athletics, Taekwondo.

Happy Commonwealth Day Everyone. We celebrated the day with Kawale Primary school this morning. We targeted the junior section with over 200 students, after the King's speech, students enjoyed aerobics conducted by Walinase Phiri. #Oneresilientcommonfuture .
