This misleading PPP/student loans talking point refuses to die. The loans were 100% intended to be turned into grants, it was baked into the policy from the start. The type of student loans under discussion were not designed the same way.

-Doesn't think trade policy should be the primary way we respond to labor market dislocation or struggling places

Even if you take the farms word on everything, I think it important these stories be told, that whistleblowers do what they do and journalists report on the system and how it works.
