Well done to our minor team who competed in the Munster Minor Camogie blitz in Charleville today. We won two of our three round matches narrowly losing to Borrisokane by a point. Great to see all our first years and some of our 2nd years competing at this level.

Well done to the U15 boys football team who participated in the All Ireland Super 9’s tournament yesterday.

Well done to Ethan Gilroy who has qualified for a Scholarship for a one month trip to Shanghai staying at Shanghai University Campus studying Chinese language and culture. This came through his success in the Chinese proficiency competition in UCC last weekend.

Congratulations to Vanessa Anthony and Kalyani Praveen for winning the Senior Diet and Nutrition category today at PE Expo in Dublin for their project titled 'How can the use of probiotics balance the human microbiota and maintain a healthy lifestyle?'

Congratulations to Marc O'Connor who won a Chemistry Award for his project 'Investigation into the health benefits of Algal Pigments' at the regional finals of Scifest at MTU yesterday. Also, Benedek Hernold-Csorba who won the Intel Technology Award on the day.

A great win for the Kerry U20s this evening and so proud to have 5 Mounthawk players involved! Congratulations, lads!

Mercy Mounthawk Secondary School hosted its 3rd Annual 'Kerry Group' Schools Camogie Blitz yesterday in Caherslee GAA grounds, Tralee.
Over 200 camogie players from 9 secondary schools across the county competed.
