I can tell you right now it’s a bunch of jargon to justify politics in the classroom, lower standards, a rejection of academic content, and ineffective, student-directed teaching practices

Over-wrought faculty seem to think that having the police restore order on campus by removing illegal encampments that disrupt the normal functioning of universities is the worst thing that has ever happened. It's like they lack perspective about the world they study. 1/3

Advanced students deserve better than being deputized into quasi-teacher roles. They need advanced coursework, challenging instruction, alternative classes, teacher attention--just like any other student

If you’re barring Jewish students from entry or shouting antisemitic slogans at them, you’re probably not the good guys in this storyline. Just sayin’

It is not some massive story that student protesters/rioters who wouldn't leave, after 10-12 warnings, got arrested.

Two questions: what else did you expect to happen? Why did you expect something else to happen?
