Can’t wait to go into work tomorrow! Can’t explain how much it feels like a weight has been lifted getting Ofsted out of the way last week. It’s been hanging over us since I got the job this time last year, but now we can move on without fearing “the call” every day 😀

Waking up on a Saturday knowing it’s going to be a work free weekend! 🕺🥳

Wed - Ofsted Day 2
Thu - SMRA Finance Audit
Fri - Clear diary and non-uniform 🙌🏼

Switching off for the first week of the hols 😎🧘‍♂️

Why do the final Fridays always throw up the most challenges?! What an awful day to end half term!! Sooo ready for the break and it’s only been five weeks!

Back in #Teacher5OclocoClub today. Waking up thinking about the call and unable to get back to sleep. Why does everything feel worse when you wake up in the night?!

Feeling drained again, but only one week until half term! 90% sure Ofsted will call next week, but regardless of the outcome if they do, we’ve made so much progress since September!

Such a lovely two week break. Properly switched off for a change! Now can’t wait to get back to work tomorrow with all of our new staff who we worked hard to recruit during the autumn term.

I’ve also managed to read a full book for the first time in forever. Loved it! Well worth a read and will be recommending it to the kids back at school 😊

This place is certainly helping me switch off in what feels like the first time for ages! Is it acceptable to be getting slightly restless though?! Not even half way through the hol 😅

A different Christmas Eve this year, but loving it so far!

Just talking to a friend who got the call on Wednesday for Ofsted to come in on the last two days of term! They accepted the deferral request thankfully but surely they know going into a school for the last two days before Christmas is a ridiculous idea 🤷🏼‍♂️
