New Zealand has announced it no longer has any patients in hospital being treated for coronavirus.

It comes on the fifth straight day where no new cases have been reported.

This is what winning looks like.

iPhone : Can finally reveal that tomorrow's Tes is a HUGE special issue looking at a series of key questions on education, many of which came from you in response to a tweet some months ago before Coronavirus happened. Questions we answer include... pic.twitter.com/7hFphcOU24

The systems mentioned before could track it but you should aim to do this without adding to workload in a major way. Extra codes on SIMs may work if they contribute to rewards/praise or consequences.

Learning uses models and concrete examples.
If you aren’t having it modelled to you by SLT (presuming) and they aren’t clear about how it will manifest in staff/pupils then, tbh, it’ll probs not work?

McGill Esq. EEF For initiatives like this to work they have to become part of the everyday so will take time. We will run follow up CPD after temperature checks on areas requiring attention as it’s never perfect immediately.
I guess the key thing is to have a clear vision of what it looks like.

McGill Esq. EEF We then run CPD on how these changes will manifest in classrooms, corridors etc to model the behaviours and routines.
After a few weeks we will temperature check through informal lesson visits and later on collect student and staff voice.
This process will take almost a term.

Our method is to present evidence to staff that something isn’t quite right, find research/evidence which suggests the initiative will improve things -EEF often helps here
