Tom Gray 🌹 The Ivors Academy Great work Tom. We set up a merch store on our website two days ago and made more money in one day than we've made in two years of streaming with over a quarter of a million streams. Streaming is basically legal piracy.
Tom Gray 🌹 The Ivors Academy Thank you, Tom. It really is vastly unfair. I was recently told by one major record label that the base price per stream for me was 0.0005p when I questioned why, after 1.5 million streams of a particularly popular track of mine, they paid me just over £35.

Off to represent 34,500 Musicians' Union members who deserve a better deal from music streaming. It’s the first Government, Intellectual Property Office UK & industry Creator Remuneration Group today and I’ve been waiting a long time to make the case formally to Ministers. ✊🎵
