How can it be 15 yrs since my little sister Lucy died? How can grief swoop in & fell us from nowhere on the back of an anniversary or memory? Praying today for all you who grieve & mourn because it seems the only thing to do. #Grief #loss #mourning #prayer

I sat with my trees tonight & prayed for you all. Cried a bit tbh because so much is hard for so many it's overwhelming sometimes.
'I know' I heard God say 'I know' & God sat with me in the dark till I noticed the stars.

Today I tended to my trees. It did us both good. As did the sunshine & the hydration (them rainwater, me pepsi max) Now my ankle is aching but my heart is happy. A recovery trade off I'm happy with.

Reminded I posted this elsewhere 8 yrs ago. So many years of being walking wounded. Love, prayers, & solidarity with you all who know this feeling. Keep waking up & keep fighting (that's just code for anything that gets you through) I see you. God is with you. #depression

Hilda is in pain because she's old, overweight, and arthritic, the vet tells me.

Go me. First time on bus since I broke my ankle 4 weeks ago. Meeting friends. Done the risk assessment & taking the chance. To help it along prayers for safe keeping are very welcome. I'm quite giddy to be out!

It's Brent's birthday today. He's an amazing human being, son, brother, uncle, & friend & tbh an occasional pain in the butt. He's clever, funny & talented. Oh & he has an extra chromosome. I'm proud of the man he has become. I thank God for the gift that he is every single day.
