Spotted 4 Green poster boards, one Labour and one Lib Dem on yesterday's bus trip. I suppose it makes up for having a manky one that has seen better days outside my house.

So Homes England fails to meet its new homes targets. Why? Because the national government has put too many conditions on finance. Gove has reacted by blaming planning services and making a power grab with his Cambridge development corporation. Pure distraction politics.
