Fueled up! โฝ Teams conducted a cryogenic simulation for the NASA Artemis II mission today inside NASA's Kennedy Space Center Launch Control Center Firing Room 1. During this operation, the launch team practiced loading the super-cool liquid propellant on NASA_SLS.

'Hooray for SLS!' is the first in a series of books that will introduce the youngest in the #ArtemisGeneration to the elements needed for the Artemis missions to get to the Moon and beyond.

Last week, teams installed the freshly rebuilt original 1,000 KW General Electrical generators that are powered by the ALCO diesel engines on crawler-transporter 2 in High Bay 1 of the Vehicle Assembly Building at NASA's Kennedy Space Center.
