It is estimated 70-80% of disabilities are invisible and the mental health is reported as the most common disability.

We’d like to use today to send love & support to all trans folk, to recognise & accept you, & to wish you trans joy

We also want to acknowledge how difficult it can be to be visible, & stand against all hate directed at trans folk

Just a reminder that this behaviour is just the tip of the iceberg that we as disabled people encounter. Discrimination can be covert, and indirect but also sadly very direct too. Then we internalise that ableism, believe it & hold ourselves to impossible standards. #EndAbleism
