5-year-old Destiny-Rae's kidneys stopped working properly when she was just 10 months old.

At age 17, Bert received a life-saving heart transplant at Royal Brompton and Harefield.
Now, almost 40 years later, he is the world’s longest surviving heart transplant patient!
