HB 1291 passes 220-143 and HB 1400 passed on consent! We’re pumped!!!HUGE thank you to all the reps who voted and fought for this bill! The NH housing crisis is real but we have good people on it! #NHPolitics
Passed the House today! My bipartisan parking bill addresses issues with unnecessary local rules for over-paving residential lots, preventing an ADU or addition. 2 parking spaces is the same size as a studio apartment. Build more housing on existing infrastructure. #NHPolitics
VICTORY: In a vote of 283-80 the NH House just voted to annul criminal convictions for misdemeanor possession of small amounts of marijuana. #nhpolitics
Modest but very meaningful parking reform policy just passed the New Hampshire House with broad bipartisan support!
Congrats to NH Youth Movement 603 Forward Workforce Housing AFP New Hampshire New Hampshire Housing and the rest of the coalition!

Special shoutout to Rep. Joe Alexander 🇺🇸🐘 for being a great chair of the Special Committee in housing for working hard on this 💫
This morning the NH House of Representatives passed HB 1400. This bill would change parking minimums statewide to 1 per unit. We’re so thankful for the strong bipartisan support on this bill. It’s good to see all of us working together to address the housing crisis #NHPolitics
Today a slim majority of state reps showed that they care more about their political and monetary interest over the needs and wants of Granite Staters. HB1115 passing while we are in the middle of a housing crisis shows just how out of touch some of these reps are #NHPolitics
Young progressive lawmakers such as Rep. Cam Kenney are fighting for tenant rights in NH. Disappointed to see HB1115 pass by a slim margin today. Renters deserve better. #NHPolitics
Rep. Bob Lynn speaks to his egregious bill that would allow landlords to verify tenants at the end of their lease for no reason. He claims this won’t make NH’s homelessness situation worse but how could it not? Disgraceful. #NHPolitics
Thanks to Rep. Rep. Alexis Simpson for a moving speech on why sports bans are a step backward for NH and a serious breach of privacy for all students, transgender and cisgender alike #NHPolitics
