The NIOA is sad to report the passing of Ed Buice, who served as President of the NIOA in 2015-2016, from an apparent heart attack. Ed was a long-time senior PIO with the Navy Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) in Quantico, Virginia. Funeral arrangements are pending.
