Ben Simon, Hightstown grad, one of the original NJSIAA Student Ambassadors, and a life-long Mets fan, made his spring training debut for the team today. He pitched 1 1/3 innings with a huge strikeout of the first batter he faced, and earned the save in a Mets win. Congrats Ben!
