equan Haringey Noel Park Leaseholders' Action Group I reckon I've got another 25-30 years left in me, but I suspect I'll still last longer than the claimed 60 years that these pods have been guaranteed for.

equan @haringey Noel Park Leaseholders' Action Group The bathroom panel doesn't seem to have been fitted properly, maybe it will be on Monday? The panel in the cupboard under the sink has been smashed away and needs to be replace properly. I was told I could return today but the boiler is not on!

Noel Park Leaseholders' Action Group Haringey Council Equans UK & Ireland My bathroom pod has been installed and whilst further work has to be done what I found in the bathroom is deeply concerning as to the quality of said bathroom.

We needed a King's Speech that would END the shameful history of leasehold reform...........

Sadly we didn't see this Rachel Maclean MP Michael Gove

Will Government now run out of time to deliver anything at all ?

The only thing I can think as to why you would reduce the size of a door frame is if the measurements were not recorded correctly prior to the frames construction.

Noel Park Leaseholders' Action Group From these pictures, 55cm appears to be the gap between the bottom of the door and the wall. 'Effective clear width' measures the straight unobstructed passage, so you'd need to deduct a few extra cm for the door frame and another 7cm for the door handle. At best, it's 45cm...

Noel Park Leaseholders' Action Group (For some things, this won't matter. You can try to manoeuvre some objects around and past door handles etc. But a full-height fridge freezer or a sofa? Into a first-floor maisonette where the stairs are right behind the door? Sometimes you do need the full unobstructed width.)
