Our work continues even after we restore all customers following a storm. Crews pictured here are working to repair a damaged transmission line in our Ithaca division today near Newfield. Crews will continue fixing remaining damage across our service area throughout the weekend.

Crews are setting new poles across the Capital Region. This labor intensive process can take hours. It involves clearing debris, removing the broken pole, digging a new hole, securing the new pole in the ground, & restringing equipment. We'll work until every customer is restored

Liberty & Oneonta divisions update: Currently ~2,400 customers remain without power. Crews are working in tough conditions—including sleet, slippery roads, and severe wind—to address broken poles, downed wires, uprooted trees, broken crossarms, and more. ow.ly/HC3X50R8SrH
