Liked Dune part 2, Austin Butler particularly enjoyable as a repellently vile little Nero type. It sort of bludgeons you into submission but it’s the little details that really elevate it, and the occasional flashes of humour that almost feel accidental but aren’t. Great fun.

Yes David Tennant acquit himself well at the BAFTAs, but WHO is dressing him? He started out looking like a close-up magician and then changed into a suit that suggested a wedding on the Starship Enterprise. Just get a great lux tux and have done man.
