It is ironic and disingenuous that Hofstra has been calling for transparency and is now trying to duck out of a hearing to explain their relationship with Hard Rock, it’s affiliates, subsidiaries and related groups.

Results? Taxing our middle class into poverty. Punishing our middle class with Congestion pricing. Spending taxpayer dollars on migrants while residents struggle with higher prices. More rights for criminals than victims. Those are results that you shouldn’t be bragging about.

End the State’s unfunded mandates and lower our contribution to Medicaid as almost every state has NO COUNTY CONTRIBUTION. Those would allow Nassau and Suffolk to make large cuts in property taxes.

Long Island sends $14.8 billion more each year to Albany than we receive in state aid. That’s BILLIONS! Do your job Assemblyman!
