#SOTD - Francesca Bianchi - Angel's Dust - Normally 'lipstick' scent is not for me, but in this case, not so. I suspect it's the black pepper--pepper sings on my skin--combined with the mimosa, iris, and rose that just elevates it. The anchor of benzoin and sandalwood delights.

Today’s #fragrance is from Perfums de Marley, called Safanad. Orange blossom, pear, jasmine, vanilla, ylang-ylang… sexy and feminine; sultry, w/ambe. Sweet; achingly so.

It makes my brain tingle, a dopamine shiver like listening to cello music. It’s a delicate, Fae dream.

#sotd Hibiscus Mahajad by #maisoncrivelli : floral, for sure: rose & hibiscus, softened with black currant’s depth, but then it goes into unusual territory w/mint, cinnamon, amber, & leather. With a hint of vanilla. It’s both complex and complete. Truly an olfactory narrative.

Today’s #Fragrance is Ambre Chromatique maisoncrivelli. Someone online said they hated it because it smelled like “a 200 year old villain” but that is why I love it. It is a church with incense burned low; a choir of resins and woodsmoke; a whisper of bourbon vanilla. ❤️
