Still awaiting my refunds from 2 Jan on a fully flex international booked on Qantas : apparently 8 weeks is the new standard. Despite many follow ups Qantas customer care say the onus is on me to keep ringing them…valuing loyal Gold FF members no longer a priority. 😬 #qantas

I've been waiting for my ticket since 4th of Jan (I've already paid, they just didn't issue the ticket) and they are not replying to any calls, complaints, Tweets, DM's. The Manila-based call centre hangs up and/or doesn't return calls.
