On April 19, FLIGHT supported a joint patrol to rescue 4 King Birds-of-paradise, 1 Moluccan Electus, 1 Red Lory and 3 Wallabies from smuggling attempts at Murhum Port, Southeast Sulawesi.

Information collected by FLIGHT on the illegal wildlife trade in Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Maluku in the last two weeks led to the rescue of 6 Proboscis Monkeys, 40 yellow-streaked lories, 2 Sulawesi Hornbills, 3 Leopard cats, and a Grey Langur in three different locations.

Information collected by FLIGHT into trade in wild birds from Maluku ends up with rescue of 40 The yellow-streaked lories by authorities at Muruhum Seaport, Sulawesi, on March 9.
