Kevin Hollinrake MP @NimrodTarquin In our case the freeholder washed their hands already and pointed out that we are liable per the lease and it’s up to the management company (staffed for free by leaseholders). They’ve done less than nothing to take responsibility but still collect the ground rent like clockwork.
