Ex Job, likes a flutter. Not really a “people person”. The only thing we leave behind for others are memories, try to make sure they’re good ones.

You, and “the public” have a dangerous and misplaced sense of entitlement.
You deserve to know nothing until the judicial process is concluded, if you want to know details, should it get to trial, go and sit in the public gallery.

“Writes books” apparently.
Just probably not Police procedural’s, or anything that encourages social cohesion though.

Without picking it apart frame by frame, and not knowing the level at which the driver is trained to.
Shifting to the offside against the flow of traffic up to the large RA at the end was iffy enough, but to continue around it the wrong way?

Before stamps, envelopes were annotated with the postage charge.
Then, a person hand stamped a postmark or “cancel” across the stamp, superseded by machine cancels.
My most recent barcode stamps are either not cancelled at all, or have a biro line drawn through them.
Progress.

I saw someone else ask this question and I’m curious..

Is there a conspiracy theory that you absolutely believe is true?

Yet another example of why I’d rather go to Wolverhampton or Southwell on a wet Tuesday in November for an all weather meeting than a “festival”.
The more you look at this advert, the worse it gets.
Someone should genuinely be dismissed for this.

An interesting observation has been sent to us about the questions that the Motorcycle and Classic Car Insurance company, Carole Nash, is asking about criminal convictions.

As part of their questions they have a section with the heading 'Convictions' and a question that 1/5

Why is it that British Racing seems fixated on ad campaigns that overlook the true stars of the show, the racehorses?

We all want to be optimistic about the future of British Racing, but every day makes you question the decision-making capabilities of those who run the sport.

a gem of a town, I went to the deeply disappointing “Food Festival” today, even worse than the Xmas Market. Virtually no local produce, cheap “fairground” type hot food vans, truly awful. Visitors are unlikely to return.

A wider point here is apparently relationships between the U.K. and China are “cooling”, and having banned Huawei (over “spying and monitoring” fears), not only do all of our cheap electronics originate in China, some of you want to drive Chinese EV’s. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Bakewell Food Festival - 27 & 28 April

A celebration of food and a homage to the rich culture and traditions of the region. 💚

Be sure to also pop into the many shops with fantastic produce including our visitor centre that will have a few tasty treats! 😋👍

If this is correct, migrants are travelling from France, into the U.K. then crossing to Northern Ireland, and then moving south into Ireland?
So presumably our border forces are not only failing to stop them arriving, but also stopping them from leaving?

The fact that you appear to either not understand, or ignore the fact that they do, must make your family worry when you go out on your bicycle.

This is exactly how cyclists get killed.
But, it’s fine, because a “rule” somewhere in The Highway Code says it is, in fact, it positively encourages it.

Anyone else remember, as a kid returning bottles to the “offie” for money?
Couldn’t organise a piss up in a brewery. bbc.co.uk/news/uk-688981…
