Working with DVSA Enforcement today and Northants Roads Policing Team pull this van in. Not only was he stopped for overtaking on solid whites, but he is over weight by 1.2 tonne and he was using his phone. This was all after passing his driving test just 48 hours ago.

We're appealing for anyone with information about the next of kin of John Barker, aged 62, of Kettering, to get in touch. Sadly Mr Barker (pictured) died on July 7 following a collision on the A43. It's thought he previously lived in Barking, London. More: ow.ly/YUGS50PmvmQ

Thanks to the tracking company for providing us with the details, we have now located this ice cream van. Just waiting for forensics to attend and we can work with the owner to get it returned to the F1 @ Silverstone so those in attendance can enjoy a 99.

At Briefing this morning was a report of a stolen ice cream van overnight from Silverstone. Owner has collared us with some information to assist with tracking the vehicle. Hopefully we can locate the van and get it returned to the owner.
