Finding some moments of much needed calm amongst the flowers that kind of match my dress. These little bursts of colour helped to brighten up a grey day for a little while & reminded me to focus on the present. I hope that if you need it you also find moments of calm today too 💚

I just love the beautiful & delicate lace like cow parsley flowers that are growing in the hedgerows right now. They served as a reminder today that you can be strong & brave but feel fragile & scared. It’s ok to feel both all at the same time! Today’s favourite colours🤍💚🤍💚🤍

I spy two of my favourite things on a much needed evening wander. The gorgeous moon starting to shine in the sky above as the golden sun sets on another day & pretty pink apple blossom on the trees. A reminder to keep looking up & to focus on the things that make us happy 🌙🌸

I LOVE the grape hyacinths growing all over the garden making the darker spaces beautiful with pockets of colour. A reminder to keep spreading the colours that are within us & to not let the behaviour of others affect the way that we do this. Today’s favourite colours 💙💚💜
