Typically beers should not be chilled below 1 degree, bison on the other hand can easily handle up to -40 and should not be brought indoors.

Two reminders,

First- Today is our cask event at Fionn’s Winnipeg grant park location. Mulled wine stout cask. YUM

Second - Today is also the last day to place your keg orders for New Years. If you want a keg at your party you'll need to make that decision in the next few hours.

We hope everyone is having an amazing holiday, just a reminder our hours will be:
December 24 and 31 - noon to 6:00 retail only,
December 25 and January 1st -closed

The city just picked up the Humbug sign!

HUMBUG UPDATE . The substitute humbug sign has been moved inside OGC. We’ve been contacted by a helpful neighbour who has offered to relocate the sign to their building. While we organize moving the sign to its new home, the sign will be at OGC for the next day or two.

Hey just a reminder that tonight is cask night at the brewery and we'll be making a Coquito cow!

Our Stout, evaporated milk, some dark rum, spices, and coconut, will make this a fairly festive feeling cask.
