OPP Provincial Constable John Gregovski died in the line of duty January 4, 1989 when a tractor trailer hit his cruiser while he was assisting a disabled van in the westbound lanes of the QEW at the base of the Garden City Skyway Bridge. #NeverForgotten #HeroesInLife
On January 2, 1981 OPP Provincial Constable Richard M. Verdecchia was shot and killed in the line of duty in Huntsville, Ontario. Rick was born in Sault Ste Marie and previously served at the Hearst Detachment. He is always remembered as a respected hero in life. #HeroesInLife

On Christmas Day in 1958 OPP Provincial Constable Calvin R. Fulford Badge #2585 was shot and killed by a gunman he was trying to arrest for killing four people with a rifle. Calvin served in Kenora, Minaki, Dryden & Ear Falls. His sacrifice is always remembered. #HeroesInLife

On December 22, 1926 OPP Constable Charles W. St. Charles was died in the line of duty from injuries received a month earlier when he was shot by the person he was serving a tax distress warrant on in Madoc, Ontario. #HeroesInLife
