It's really difficult., depressing, anxiety provoking. Claiming benefits increases the fear of making mistakes. It is an awful way to live. Carers benefit needs to be reformed and health services need to do more to help #Carers

Do they have any idea of tge trauma that #Carers experience everyday fighting for support, endless phonecalls , being cut off, waiting weeks for replies, mountains admin, and then the hands on caring too. Complaining is energy zapping & stressful
