Aaditya Thackeray launched “Changing Moves Changing Minds” an initiative for students & teachers of BMC schools designed by the British Council, Royal Academy of Dance, Marylebone Cricket Club, to use dance and cricket as a means to promote Gender Equality & break Gender Stereotypes.1

At an early stage, kids subconsciously get conditioned with a certain thought process of what boys should do and what girls should do. To break this barrier early on, this programme has been introduced in every BMC school with an aim to push kids to have an open mind. 2
