Walked into a corner store, but as I entered, a worker, upon noticing police presence, urgently requested me to remain, citing ongoing theft problems the store can't afford to handle. It's disheartening how some diminish the impact of theft by dismissing it as mere property loss.

The rider was also operating the motorcycle with no insurance and was under a criminal code suspension.
