Interesting that in London, which is the UK’s most diverse city, Reform UK managed only 3.2% of the vote in the Mayoral election. When human beings actually live with people from different backgrounds, they tend to get along just fine.

Someone published the logbook from ONE SINGLE surgical care practitioner in a peer-reviewed journal and then made the leap to suggest that care given by SCPs in general is safe. How did this pass peer review?

I think my career has reached a low point. Was struggling with an objectively difficult cannula. On my third attempt, my very delirious patient told me “f*** off. Watch.” And proceeded to cannulate themself. Perfectly.
