Grieves me to say we lose a fine officer tomorrow. Has had to sell house, move his family to in-laws and take career break - as no longer enough income to cover mortgage. Can’t even downsize due to affordability. 4yrs’ service, with huge skillset and big loss. Makes me so sad 😞
