Even with £76m of an internal hotel/car park sale profit, £12.5m mystery settlement payment and the recharge of £17m of legal costs, I think Chelsea only just met £105m. Can think of few clubs that will want some explanation of how the hotel sale was permitted in the calculation

If Palace gets into the conference league (probably not soon). The drop in wages plus amortisation is 27m due to moving from 85% to 70% cap. Doubt playing in that competion would increase income by that much. So we would need a bigger squad for extra games with a lower budget.
