To make it up to you we are offering double Battle Pass XP (without partying up) from now until next Monday.

The servers for our Public Test Servers are in limited currently to investigate why the fix was not live for everyone immediately.

It seems that some are able to get into our PTS where some are not. Our team is working on making sure everyone can get in.

An update -

Our team is still investigating issues from over the weekend that caused users not to be able to log into the Public Test Servers.

Our goal is for PTS to be back up by end of day.

PC Client Patch now live allowing players to use gyro controls on a PlayStation 4 controller.

We have submitted a client patch for PlayStation 4 to Certification that addresses the leaderboard crashes users have experienced lately.

The patch will be out soon.

We are aware of the crashes happening with our PlayStation 4 player base and our team is working hard to get a fix in for this.

Please remember to send crash logs when you are prompted on your console as these help.

To those concerned about Japan Servers:

We had identified an issue with the Japanese routing issue and have since deployed a fix to the servers to resolve the issue.

We are aware that the in-game UI for our Time Warp event had an issue where the rewards for 9/8 and 9/9 are incorrect.
