The marginalization of women’s voices in the HoC is real. I was proud of our Status of Women Committee calling out misogyny . In spite of our political differences, MP Vecchio was an excellent chair. Must be hard serving under king misogynist Poilievre!

Pierre Poilievre has removed Karen Vecchio from her role as the Chair of the Status of Women Committee. Karen is a hard working MP who has worked relentlessly on issues facing women and Canadians. Pierre, @VecchioMustStay

Karen was an excellent colleague on the Status of Women committee. Must be hard to be a woman in the Tory caucus right now.

Will be forever grateful for the kindness Karen Vecchio showed me when I struggled through my testimony in Ottawa. Politics needs good people and Karen, you are a gem.
