Meet Jack, He started NUH in 2017 as a 17 year old HCA apprentice he then became the first TNA on Fletcher ward… went onto qualify as a NA & then went on to top up to RN, today I offered him his first RN job on a #TeamCAS ward all in just over 5 years #growyourown
