Awhile ago, I interviewed musician David Amram - (who composed soundtrack to the film 'Pull My Daisy' in 1959). David and I bonded at Allen Ginsberg's posthumous 90th birthday party. Amram discussed the influence of Dylan Thomas, Charlie Parker and Bach on Jack Kerouac’s prose.
