Just heard a hovercraft will replace the tram, go across the lake in Canberra & onto Woden. So, it is 1 April. But, the ACT govt has been in power 23 yrs & does dumb things? So just tell us the cost & compare that to the cost of other options, like a fleet of hot air balloons.
