BIG! Today, ECHR CEDH will announce JUDGEMENT on 59 cases from the August War, involving Georgian victims of Russia in 2008. We at GYLA alongside with European Human Rights Advocacy Centre (EHRAC) pushed for a comprehensive compensation mechanism before the ECtHR, as Russia no longer complies with int’hr’law.
